intervention

We had an apartment intervention.
It was serious stuff, a matter of life or death.

The plant on the right of this first blurry photo (left side) is a refugee. Recently rescued, it was one door below ours at the apartment complex, nearly dead! My kind-hearted roommate Lindsay rescued it with a fellow houseplant, pictured right.

The two seem happier now that they've been watered for a week; our one fear is the downstairs neighbors dropping by and recognizing their former property... But kidnapping a plant doesn't make one liable for incarceration, so, why not save a life or two?
